Job description
Our client is an innovator within the online entertainment industry. Due to the success of their product they are looking for Community Managers for their growing customer base who will be responsible for concept design, implementation and coordination of the new community.


Your tasks include:

• Establish and coordinate of a community team (Moderators, Coaches, Hand Judges, Translators, Editors)

• Responsibility for the content and the functionality of the online community

• Building and leading an editorial team in the target language

• Close coordination with international community-management department and other divisions such as education, in large multi-division projects

• Responsibility for the further development, control, implementation, and longevity of specific community projects.


We are looking for someone with a extensive online knowledge and experience with the most common programs such as Photoshop, Dreamweaver or similar. A solid knowledge of the target language, especially written, and extensive experience in Poker, or Forums, Chats and Online Communities, or the online Editorial Area is a must. A degree in the commercial and/or editorial area will be an advantage.

As a Community Manager you will need man-management skills to lead and motivate your community team, while having a high level of responsibility and at the same time enjoying the administrative role of an online community. This position comes with an attractive salary and relocation package including flights, estate agent fees and interim company accommodation. Successful results will be rewarded.
